All MI JONG LEE products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship or available on a made-to-order basis, there may be instances when a specific item will no longer be available. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that this email confirmation does not guarantee the availability of the products you selected for purchase. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the details of your order and the tracking information.
PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries made within New York.
MI JONG LEE charges state, local, and county taxes on all transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total will reflect the sales tax amount at the time of checkout.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders ship via UPS within 7-10 business days.
Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the details of your order and the tracking information. We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations (excluding Canada), APO addresses or US territories.
Please be advised that the processing time of 7-10 business days still applies to orders placed with expedited shipping options

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within seven days of the delivery confirmation date. Items must be returned new and unworn, in their original condition, unwashed, unaltered and with all garment tags still attached. Merchandise without the original tags will not be accepted.
All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify us immediately.
A prepaid UPS shipping label will be issued upon request. The cost of return shipping ($10) will be deducted from your refund.

All correctly returned merchandise will be credited to the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has been completed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request from us.
