This on-line purchase information governs purchases made through this web site and does not apply to MI JONG LEE purchases made in store.

Product Availability

All MI JONG LEE products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note, however, that this email confirmation does not guarantee the availability of the products you selected for purchase. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment you will receive a second email containing the details of your order and a tracking number.

Pricing and Payment Options

While we try to ensure that all prices on our web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries made within New York. 

Please note that your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order. the transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

Sales Tax

MIJONGLEE.COM charges state, local and county taxes on on-line transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total will reflect the sales tax amount at the time of checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).

An order confirmation will be sent with tracking information. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories. We offer Ground, Three Day Select, or Next Day Air.

SECOND DAY: $25.00 (UPS)
NEXT DAY: $50.00 (UPS)

Returns and Exchanges

MIJONGLEE.COM wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund, store credit or exchange. 

MIJONGLEE.COM accepts returns only if the return is postmarked within seven days of the delivery confirmation date. Items must be returned new and unworn, in their original condition, unwashed, unaltered and with all garment tags still attached. Merchandise without the original tags will not be accepted. All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify us immediately. To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend that you send your items to us in the original packing provided. 

A prepaid UPS shipping label is provided for your convenience. No postage is required upfront. The cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your return refund.

All correctly returned products will be credited as either a store credit or a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding all applicable shipping costs. In the event that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded instead. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request from us. 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY A REFUND/ EXCHANGE IF THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
